Policies, Procedures and Enrollment Information
Copyrights/Competition: All materials provided in this course are property of Sculpture Academy. Copyright and other intellectual property laws protect these materials. Reproduction or re-transmission of the materials without prior consent of the copyright holder is a violation of copyright law. Users may not distribute copies to others whether or not in electronic form, whether or not for charge or consideration, without prior written consent of the copyright holder of the materials. The student shall not, under any condition, solicit for competing purposes in the training and certification of other therapists. The participant shall not be permitted to train nor certify any person in the procedures taught during our course. Students are not permitted to film or take pictures during the practice portion of the course.

Photo Release: By participating in this Sculpture Academy course, you are giving your consent to have your image and/or voice recorded for use by Sculpture Academy for future publications and/or promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
Dismissal: Students are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by Sculpture Academy. The instructor reserves the right to dismiss a student for violation of these rules and regulations and/or inappropriate behavior. No tuition will be refunded.
Attire: Students are required to wear scrubs during class.
Class Rescheduling: If the number of students required to hold a course have not yet registered prior to the commencement of class, the class may be rescheduled.
Certificate: After successful completion of this course, students will receive their Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certificates of Completion, which can be used as one of their professional credentials. Successful completion includes passing a written exam. The instructor will visually evaluate student techniques as needed to ensure competency.
